At Neonezo, every neon sign is handcrafted with precision and care by our dedicated production team. We take pride in creating high-quality neon signs that meet the highest standards because we believe our customers deserve the very best. Each sign is crafted with attention to detail to ensure it not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Due to an increase in orders, we now have a small waiting list. We follow a first-come, first-served approach, meaning that orders placed earlier will be produced and shipped first. The current production time for our handmade neon signs is 4-14 business days after payment confirmation. We never rush the process, ensuring that each sign is made with the utmost care to guarantee top quality.

During production, we keep you updated on the status of your order, so you’ll always know where things stand.

Shipping and Delivery:

Please note, shipping time refers to the time in transit after the neon sign leaves our production facility. Once your neon sign is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey until it reaches your door.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, some delays may occur with shipping carriers. While this is beyond our control, we estimate delivery to take 4-14 business days once production is complete. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to ensure timely delivery because your satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer various shipping options for our customers worldwide, with shipping costs depending on the speed and location of delivery.

Import Fees & Duties:

For international orders, additional import fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country and the size and weight of the neon sign. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Neonezo.
